Best cycle for second time (lean mass)

I am 31 and had an anavar only cycle 1 year ago but didnt get what i want
Weight: 74 kg
Height: 178 cm
Is it possible to have a mass gaining cycle just by d-bol 5ml oral and bonavar 2.5ml oral?
I want to gain a big mass
By the way i had high blood presure once.
What do u sugest for second cycle for me?

Oral only cycles are very suppressive if your natural testosterone function. I would not suggest running an oral only cycle. Take a look at the beginner cycle stickys

I think at your height you can gain more weight naturally by eating more and training good!

How lean are you?

If you're way lean, I suppose go for it. Research a basic test cycle, it will do you wonders.


Or, if you are in half assed shape, it will do near nothing.

I started at 175Lbs @ 5'10" & 14-15%Bf < Could I have gone farther naturally? Maybe, but one test cycle pushed me where no supplement could.


But, after all this this is how it breaks down: Diet(50%) + Lifting Routine(25%) + sauce(25%) = you



Just how it is, cleaning your diet down and keeping it in check is even a bigger bitch when you're bigger.

Odd days: 50mg winstrol depot injection
Even days: 100mg primobolan depot injection
I mean 3xwin and 3x primobolan each week

Do u think i will gain lean muscle with this cycle with 12 win and 12 primobolan.

I wouldn't recommend steroids at your weight yet. Just continue to eat big, but if you're serious about a cycle then you should probably start with a basic test cycle. My first cycle consisted of just 500mg of test e and i put on some serious size for a just test cycle. Don't jump into anything you're not ready for though!

This is no good. A terrible cycle. I'm looking at your picture and this is entirely wrong for you. You need to keep it simple by using Test. Also you need to build a better foundation before using Winstrol or prim. They are both finishing compounds. You need mass and diet. ...crazy mike

Dude as hard as some of that is to follow with all the banter back and forth you need to stop that cycle 3x12xwtf and get some tes Cyp, hit around 300 mgs a wk, shove about 4000 cals a day into you 40%protien 40%carbs 20%good fats and hit the gym alot harder. You can tell you've been lifting now go get serious about it.

My advice would be to eat, gradually grow into a 6 meal a day plan. I know you could get bigger than 165 natty. You have to eat to grow, if you don't the AAS helpers wont help you at all.
