HCG during Cycle or No?

Trying to get things lined up for first cycle and have been talking to people and reading online and the only thing I'm not 100% about is whether to run hcg during a test only cycle. Ive got a buddy who sayd yes. its gonna keep the boys alive and then I heard Rich Piana say its stupid because its sending mixed messages to your body. Thoughts?

I would def recommend using it. Years ago we never did and I can say personally recovery since I have introduced it into my protocol has been much much smoother and thus even gains retention is better. There are other reasons (as the excellent link above explains) but just based on those 2 factors alone its well worth using. 250iu's - 2x/week.

yea theres def a consensus saying to go for 500 ius a week i just was cruisin youtube and I saw that videos saying its was a stupid thing to do and it kinda had me freaked seeing as how I was already planning on doing it. Thnx guys

don't trust everything you see on you tube, I wish I knew all this stuff 25 years ago. The ppl here know their stuff, and can produce the evidence why they say what they do.
