    225lbs "military pic"

    This picture was taken when I was 225lbs, I am now 207ish. "I'm on the right."

    there's only one group of ppl I know that wears the massive non subdued flags on their chests lol Cool gear pic but can't tell much about your physique

    My physique is nothing to brag about. I have been trying to get definition for a long time. I do however have allot of drive, stamina and determination, nothing slows me down, nothing makes me quit. Currently I am busting my ass to cut down my BF%. Once I feel I have something worth showing, and once I get a bit of a tan going, I'll post up a banana hammock pic. JK

    No big deal man we're all here for self improvement. Putting up a current pic might even help motivate you more knowing that other people are tracking your progress.
