AI alternates to Adex

I'm trying to dial in my AI. Adex being so strong makes it difficult. I react quickly to AI and to T so I use smaller more frequent doses. I was taking 1/8 of an Adex tablet daily but that is a little too much. 1/8 EOD is not enough.

I'm also concerned about the long term health implications. What other prescription alternatives are there, especially ones that are easier to titrate? I am already taking DIM and zinc.

Hey Jimmy one of the things with ex I would lose size. Which was kinda good cause it was prob fat or water
