chest infection

Got a badass chest infection making me feel like utter crap. Snuffly nose. Coughing n wheezy breathing even after coughing. Cotton wool in the head the lot.

All n any remedies would be useful.

Currently on a deload n third week into cruise lowering test dose weekly. Missus said I get kinda I'll on each return to cruising dose of aas. Could this be the case.

Well on third day of amoxicillin and started on drinking green tea. And decided to come off my cruise after 4 wks. I think I feel better mainly from coming back on blast early than anything else. Pfft. Will still prime for this week and start anew monday
