Hey all!
I've been lurking this forum for the better part of 10 years. I originally used this site to help put together 2 cycles I did in my early 20's. I knew nothing and wasn't smart about it. I went from 185 to a lean and strong 235lbs 12%bf. In the last 10 years - life happened - I've started a family and fell out of the routine after a shoulder injury. Now, I've realized I'm completely out of shape and want to start getting healthier. I'm consistently tired and have a hard time losing fat now. Today, I'm 205lbs and 24% bf - not good.
My goal is to get my diet in check, track my macros, follow a gym routine and get a solid foundation of strength again, naturally...for now.
I look forward to learning more about nutrition through this forum.
