i was watching the national ceremony on tv for the 11 day of the 11 month. we call this day "remembrance day" Always brings a tear to my eyes every year. Are
you guys watching the ceremonies in your countries?

You no me. I don't have much respect for women or thug leftist labor people but i have always respected veterans. I myself am a veteran. I just think its admirable how people give there life's for a cause greater than there selfs.

So I went, all the shops closed especially and the police stopped the traffic for the short 5 minute service.

I always have a tear or 2 at these things. Trying to understand the atrocities and the atrocious conditions that these people were in and how we complain about the slightest thing nowadays.

Took my 3 year old girl and explained what it was about and why we went and why it was important. She now wants to be a soldier when she grows up. Not likely!
