    Blood in syringe

Ok so I just pinned my right glute just before i aspirated I got a muscle cramp in my abs and slipped a little. I aspirated and there was blood in syringe . Does this mean I was in a vein or that I just tore something when I slipped. Anyway I withdrew needle , started again left glute , aspirated, no blood and went ahead. Feel a not shaky but guess it's just nerves. No big deal right? I'd like someone to reassure me. What would of happened if I injected into a vessel would I be in a and e now?

You'd know if you injected into a vein. Most likely you just passed through one while inserting needle.

Depending on the amount and substance you could pass out or just feel like total crap for a few minutes but the chances of you getting in a vein and staying in there enough are slim. You played it safe by repinning so don't sweat it. You're good man.
