    Anyone tried Russian Bear 5000??

I've heard really good reviews on Russian Bear 5000 for bulking. It says to mix with 1 gallon of milk for the day. Should be around 300+ grams of protein. Was thinking about mixing with raw milk - heard body builders used to drink a gallon of raw milk a day to bulk???

With reviews like this "This is by far one of the best weight gainers I have ever taken. I took the full gallon and full 5 scoops. Within in 2 weeks I gained 20lbs mostly muscle!!!" what's not to like??? You should probably drink 5 gallons of milk every day though because more is always better....

Am I being serious? Probably not!!!

    Thanks

Eat real food. Use the protein/carbohydrate shakes in connection to your workout either pre or intra or post workout; or all 3. Make all the other meals real food.

A lot of those weight gainers have a lot of corn starch sugars or other sugars and loaded with mystery stuff that are artificial and NOT good for you (such as preservatives, coloring, flavoring and fillers). There is some protein in them.... but what about all the shit that's in there. If your living in the USA, then stay with american made whey protein.

If you feel you need to add more to it to get the calories up then get a coffee grinder and grind your oatmeal into a fine powder and add it to your whey protein. Then throw in some blueberries for antioxidants. A couple of those a day and you'll be bulking if you dial in your needs on the rest of the meals.

If you live in Germany or Australia or some other place then get your whey protein from the country you live in and keep it safe and healthy where hopefully somebody has been monitoring the quality control; and it hasn't had to be shipped and sitting on a ship or airport in 90 to 100 something degree temperatures.

To the best of my knowledge, all raw whey protein is imported.

You'd be better off eating like 20 cans a day of condensed milk.

Thanks for the idea about grinding oatmeal gunner. I always have trouble eating oatmeal in the morning as it seems so dry and tasteless. I figured the mix wasn't the best but I probably will at least try the raw milk. They call it the gomed( gallon of milk every day) diet. I've heard it really gives you a good pump and great gains- will let you all know how it goes.
