Hi all I'm back into training after 2 years out and have gained fat around my waist which I'm trying hard to lose I run in the mornings and weight train in the afternoon,can anyone give me advice on a good diet I'm having 2 yogurts 1 slice of toast and 2 eggs with a protein drink then I have chicken every 2 half hours with another protein drink after training then a main meal in the evenings meat or fish with brown rice. Any help would be much appreciated guys.
