Been a long couple of years.
Up first is me at 420 pounds
Then sorry did not keep many progression shots, but one from me at 332lbs, and then one last month at 278 pounds. Planning on keeping and doing regular update photos.
Spent the last 2 years riding 2-3 times a week, be it on the trails during the summer or on my trainer in the winter. Which has resulted in decent looking legs.., I have started to get decent looking arms recently.. but still have a horrible time with my Belly fat.. but working on it!!!
And a head shot from around 400 pounds, and then again around 300
and lastly, My greatest accomplishments.. Sounds totally stupid I am sure but just the fact I could actually SUPPORT my weight even for the split second it was something i could never do in the past!!!!

it was a friend who had not seen me in a while see it and insisted i flex for him.. sucks with my whole body issues i have good looking legs, decent looking forearms and getting some look to the biceps.. but still have a 60 inch waist
between the LOW T and diabeities my belly is become a serious issue
