    anti e's

    is it ok to just take clomid for 3 weeks after a cycle of test cyp? or do i need nolvadex and liquidex too?

    and how much of my gains will be lost? i will continue to train hard and eat right, taking in about 200 graps of protein a day for 160 pounds

    I always keep most if not all of mine.

    I use aromasin and nolvadex.

    Arimidex is fine though. Hard to say how much you need. Prob start with .25-.5mg ED and raise if needed.
