it's harsh, its for the last bit of body fat when a gal is ALREADY in mid teen BF%, pre contest prep. doesn't work for most gals who are trying to loose even 10 pounds. highly misused and understood IMHO.

my sides, hand shakes, racing heart rate. i ramped up to 100 mcg/120 maybe and back down over 3 weeks. this has to be cycled. on and off. some gals do 2 weeks on/ 2weeks off until they realize they are wasting there time and money because they aren't EATING properly to get the results.

Welcome. Clen might be over rated. I take it and so does my woman. But, if you do not have your diet in check it is not going to help you lose weight. It is only going to make your hands shake, make you feel warm until your body gets used to it and keep you from sleeping if you take it too late in the day. But, if your diet is spot on, it can help to shed pounds more quickly than without in my opinion. It is not intended for very overweight people, but I did know a large girl in highschool that became asthmatic and was prescribed clen and over the course of a year she became extremely thin. I never asked what all caused her to lose weight but believed it had something to do with clen which is why I have always like and used it. But personally cant say how well it works because when I work more on cardio and diet would be losing weight anyways. Good luck and its nice to meet you.
