Get your post count up close as possible to 50. Then you will be able to send friend requests and private messages. In the meantime familiarize yourself with the site. Read the stickies, there is some very good educational stuff and plenty of cool and knowledge members who will help you out. I got your message but I do not communicate through personal email with AR friends/members. I only communicate through this site. Only beginners work forearms just like only beginners do situps to get abs.
^^^^ This is a smart man. One thing I learned quickly many many years ago with forums before asking SEARCH. More than likely it's been asked before.
I think Matrix gear only comes in pill form. You have the choice of red or blue pill. Viper Gear is fast acting 0-60 in 3.2s
