    Knee pain

Hey all, I've been working out for 7 years. Recently started doing HIT style training and I'm loving it. I've always had a love hate relationship with doing legs but as of recently I've incorporated hit with legs as well. About 2 weeks ago I noticed a sry sharp pain in the Tendons below both of my knees. I haven't trained legs since the pain started to avoid possible further injury. Does anyone have any suggestions? I know your muscles will get stronger much faster than your tendons.

it wouldn't hurt if you began using MSM. 5 grams a day forever. it helps improve collagen synthesis. and is a mild anti inflammatory. And it also reduces knee pain.

I've written about MSM probably a hundred times. Let me know if you would like more information?

Been taking it for the past 2 weeks since it started. No help yet but I haven't been taking 5 grams.
