Ok I lift on my lunch break for about 45 min or so then go home and lift again for another 45min or so and after i lift at lunch its easy to get some food on the way back to work but when i get off work i lift at a different place that afterwards its hard for me to get to eat right after, so what im asking what can i have that is fast and easy like a drink or bar that will hold me over for a couple hours till i get back to the house?
