At what calorie amount do you feel stuffed

    Hi guys,

Please consider this highly subjective question for what it is but do anyone here have an idea around what calorie amount you are starting to feel completely stuffed? I mean, there are many factors here but I started to think about this a while back when I had a particular bad day where I ate around 8,000kcal during the day. At the end of that day I really felt like food was not my thing anymore but it got me thinking at what level others feel like enough really is, enough.

    Anyones experiences are very welcome.

    Thanks
    ~T

last bulk diet i was on i was eating 4k+/cals/day. For me, eating fairly clean, that was alot. But i suspect if instead i ate Mikkey D's burgers, the volume of food i would eat would probably be considerably less, resulting in my not feeling quite as full.

If it is all clean food than at 3000 cals I am forcing myself to take in anything else in & by the EOD with 3600 cals in me I am stuffed. Drinking a ton of water doesn't help either.

I'm hovering between 3,800-4,200 and I'm never hungry. I was feeling pretty full all day and started taking digestive enzymes to help in digesting food faster. Seems to help but the toilet time has increased quite a bit. My ass hates me.

2200-2400 calories and I'm good, but it's what I eat not the volume, I work on keeping my GL stable more than anything. The right foods and I never fight hunger, also, spreading that out over 7-8 meals is essential.

Right now I have mine set at 5k.. I'm doing my first run of slin at this time too, 10iu post workout w Humalog. My diet is very clean and in all honestly it's very hard to get in this many cals when towards the end of the day I really have no appetite and literally have to force down the food. The hardest part of the day is after the slin injection, talk about being bloated! It's also makes it much harder in the fact that I have to keep the fats very low during the window that the slin is active, this really makes food un-appetizing, I basically eat the same thing day after day.

"feeling Full" as per meal i assume... depends on the food, is it protein and oil or complex carbs/protein... I feel satisfied most at about 500 cals per meal..
