Hi I am new here and have a few questions about maximizing the benefits of T3. I have been taking T3 for about 11 days now and I haven't really noticed a difference. I have cleaned up my diet quite a bit and I am trying to lose fat. My questions is, what are some key things I can do to maximize the benefits of T3?
Also, I am looking to increase my energy - I feel tired all of them time. I've noticed that T3 really won't help in this department. Does anyone have any recommendations to increase your energy?
Any tips or info you have would be much appreciated, thank you!
