Ok so i plan on doing my first cycle of Test E within a few months and i just need some guidance on whether my cycle is good enough. I am 21 5'6 and weigh 165lbs with 12%bf. i have been lifting for 3 years training hard for one. my diet has been very clean for the few past months and my goal is to gain 10-15lbs of muscle.
I will be pinning 2x a week 300mg Test E for 12 weeks
starting arimidex on 3rd week and still decisive on nolvadex being my PCT.
I lift 5 days a week, 3 days of cardio and weekends are my off days
i will also just be taking a multi,fish oil and pre workout.
any tips? i want my first cycle to be as simple and safe can be!
