There are that many different ratios out there so as long as ur getting ur calories u should alright to gain?

Myfitnesspal is amazing man. I used it regularly for some time. I now more or less know what things I eat have it in. So no need to keep track. Maybe try that? The problem a lot
Of time is you will think you are getting much more than you are.

its essential to know where you are at, what I tell men and women is this, write down all that you eat in a day for a couple weeks and then add up the calories. First take a guess at what you think you're eating, then calculate what you are actually eating. you're going to be off, but chances are you will be WAY off! most are. If you're serious about diet and nutrition, you got to have the facts, throwing a dart at a board just doesn't cut it. Good luck and let us know what's what.

Myfitnesspal for sure. Sounds like you are just lazy, takes less than 2 minutes a meal or if you know exactly what you are going to eat all day it takes you 5 in one setting. It doesn't track percentages but it does track numbers. End of day you will know you ate 250 grams of protein , 250 grams of carbs, and 55 grams of healthy fats. (also calories and vitamin amounts) These are example numbers, not for you personally but that is proper numbers 2500 calories at 40/40/20.

This way, you know if you may need to eat a Tablespoon of peanut butter or perhaps skip that one little extra you have occasionally. Get your numbers exact, make adjustments and once you do that for a short while...you will know exactly where you are at at any time of day.

If youre not competing, who cares IMO. Supposed to enjoy life. I used to be meticulous and count stuff and all that, and said eff it. Since then I've probably obtained a better physique anyways
