    Waist went from 36" to 29"

    Lost about 35 lbs..

    Gotta bulk now.. Too small

    Good job man. I'm sure it feels good. I did something similar and have been slowly bulking since then.

    Ya man better to be lean all year round than bulky and fat imo..
