I'm 36, do you think I've got a decent enough base to try AAS?

What are your stats
I'm 36, 6 ft. 220 lbs. 13% bfOriginally Posted by marcus300

Solid base. How did you come up with 13% bf? Bod pod?
Thanks bro.....Originally Posted by aussie made

Them callipers arnt really accurate. I would say your more 15 and up. If your diet is in check and you got your cycle planned out correctly I don't see why not
I think we need to get DSM and Shol'va to evaluate this post.

Who are these bros you speak of?Originally Posted by lovbyts
I see. Well I have followed these boards for several months educating myself on things, and in my limited experience here I find the input of MuscleInk to be the most reputable and intelligent myself.Originally Posted by lovbyts
Not going against anything the above has said. But your base is fine. Your done your research. Your got a good foundation. I don't think you need others to decide if your body right or not. Only thing. And I don't no if it even bothers you is your bf. I don't think it 13. More around 16-18. Not best picture tho. Other then that, of you want to cycle. Do it. Just make sure your pct is correct and you run hcg and a a.i.
I like the trimmed chest but hate the fact you didn't make the bed behind you before you took the picture.
^^^Way to drag me out of bed guys!!! Lol. I kid, I'm sitting at the airport.Originally Posted by lovbyts

Clarkey, with the limited picture, I'd say between 15-20%. Below 15% the Adonis belt (V shape below lower abs) starts to emerge. You certainly don't look above 20% unless you are carrying more weight in your back and/or legs but most men don't retain much fat in legs or back unless they are obese.
Based on your training Hx, I would have no problem with you planning a single ester cycle in the near future. Have you thought about specific goals on the first run? Cut? Add LBM?
Remember to post a nutrition plan to drive that success!
Looking good and you're off to a great start.

Or the unmade bed. Had Clarkey been a hot Asian chick I would have paid attention to EVERY detail!Originally Posted by lovbyts

Thank you for the valuable input guys. It is all much appreciated.
Can't stand that Seid fvcker but anyway lol...
I think you are 15% or more I can't tell on the lighting. You have a good base tho. What are your goals. You may not need aas. Your pretty big naturally judging by your stats
Goals are mainly focused on strength, and mass at this point. I'd like to spend this year bulking up, then next spring cut down to 10-12% bf. looking for gradual, lasting gains rather than just blowing up.
Yes...... 9 years seriously. Sporadic for 5 or 6 before that....
Well I'd say go for it
I think so - but have you tried losing weight a bit before you being AAS? Not saying you are FAT!!! Cos you have good base but just to be trimmed up a bit more before starting.
Thanks a lot. So appreciative to have a place to get input from so many knowledgeable and experienced minds. Looking forward to sharing my results with you guys.
Nice base, post some pics post cycle too. Good luck
nope u must have at least 20yrs serious training before even considering the realm of AAS, I have counted every micro/macro carb fat and protein for the past several years and haven't missed a workout in 8 years and I am 27yrs old and 6ft tall 320lbs at 5% bf and I am nowhere near my genetic potential.
Nothing better to do with your time than bust into my thread and tell stories?Originally Posted by vito93x
