How is this dosage for first cycle? (Test prop)

Test prop 150mg eod for 8 weeks.
I'll have arimidex on hand because I had a lump under my left nipple during puberty.
How should I dose arimidex if I get signs of gyno or sensitive nipples?
Do I even need arimidex? Can I take nolva at 20mg a day instead?



PCT: nolva 40/40/20/20 and clomid 100/100/50/50

Welcome to the board. We need your stats including age and body fat percentage to provide advise tailored to you.

To critique in general...

- Arimidex is to be used, not just kept on hand. It's for preventing issues, not fixing user mistakes.
- Nolvadex is not an AI, it's a SERM. You need an AI on cycle.
- No need to frontload 2 weeks worth of SERMs. 40/20/20/20 with nolvadex and 75/35/35/35 with Clomiphene would suffice.

It's not in your best interest to cycle at your age. I recommend you wait until you're developed properly. Give this a read:

Man, I wish these forums were around when I was your age. I lived a reckless life and I did steroids when I was your age. I wanted to be bigger and did not even care about the consequences. Aside from several problems I wont even get into, I didnt consider steroids again until my 30's. I went to a doc and had bloodwork done. I had testosterone levels of a 75 year old. Ugh. I know exactly how you feel, even though it was 25 years ago, but I did more damage to myself than if I had just kept working out and eating good. You have an awesome base and can continue to grow with the natural test blasting through your system right now. I know you might not even care, but please consider doing whatever you have been doing, as you are getting nice gains, a nice base, that will not just go away quickly. You are obviously doing better than most of your buddies, Im sure. Please consider staying on your current path and in you mid 20's if you want to continue growing then consider roids. You will end up with the best results. Good luck and consider the advice being given. We all offer free advice that is based on real experience.
