Sorry i didnt know where to post this.
Ive been training for 6 years and ive got nice size but my muscles are super soft,

Im between 12% and 15% bodyfat
My muscles get hard when i train, but when im done in the gym, some time after, i get super soft.
Is it genetics or im doing something wrong? I dont just move weights, i lift hard in case you are wondering.
