    Anadrol50, test cyp, tren e

    Good morning and Merry Christmas to everyone. I started a new cycle last Thursday and what I plan to do is post on this thread every few days or so to keep anyone who follows updated and maybe get some input or better yet give some guidance to anyone looking to juice.
    A little about me. I am 26 this is my fourth cycle, I am currently 210, 12% bodyfat and 67 inches tall. The following is the cycle and the post cycle therapy that I am conducting right now. No I will not post any pictures as I have many tattoos and a professional career to protect.

    Test Cyp - 400mgs/wk 1-12 wk
    Tren E - 300 mg week wk 1-5 400 mg/wk wk 5-10
    Anadrol 50 - 50 mg/day wk 1-6

    I mix the tren and test in the same syringe and shoot every Monday and Thursday. I workout at nine every evening so I like to take my Anadrol at six when I eat my dinner. Now as I stated above this is my fourth cycle and what I have learned from previous cycles is this. I have ran test at 1000mgs a wk, I have used tren before and honestly love it, imho it is one of the best steroids to use if you can handle the sides. Anadrol I used when I was 20 years old all by its self with no pct ,it was my first cycle and low and behold I developed gyno. in 2010 I had the surgery and had the breast tissue removed therefore gyno isn't a huge concern to me but I still keep plenty of nolva and adex on hand while on cycle, more on that later.

    I have learned a great deal about proper nutrition because I spent the first five years working out eating garbage depending on steroids and making minimal gains. Now my diet is very clean yet nutritious enough to keep making lean gains. At 210 lbs I like to eat 4500 calories a day, for my body type, my physical activity and my appetite I have found I make my best lean gains right at this amount. I believe in consuming my biggest caloric meals in the morning and pre and post workout. I eat 5 times a day starting at 8 and ending at midnight. I refuse to let my body fast, past 8 hours.

    Mistakes I have made on previous cycles was a lack of education. I thought to my own arrogant young self that pct was overrated, I wanted to be big and I wanted it now, so I got my hands on some steroids and completely neglected pct. Gyno was the result in that first cycle. Second biggest error was listening to other folks and just assuming what works for them will work for me. There are many many different steroids and even more body types, what doses and steroids and nutrition and training splits work for me may not be best suited for you. Another big error was lack of patience, I expected to just take a steroid and immediately get big, the juice will not lift the weight for you, its simply another tool for the box, just like negatives and drop sets, its a means to an end, nothing more. I have been guilty of being so scared of side effects that I start pct way to early. What I have found for ME and my pct is to start two weeks after my last injection of test. I always use test as a base especially with Deca and tren, I like my willy to work and there is no better feeling than having high test. the biggest mistake I made was thinking more steroid would equal more gain. WRONG! I have made better quality gains simply through low doses and proper nutrition coupled with well thought out training sessions than when I was at 600 mgs of deca and 1000 mgs of test.

    I started this current cycle at 202, I had lowered my diet to keep body fat in check and had just been doing maintenance lifting for the last 6 months as I was very busy with work and family and you could call that another mistake I made. I am not a professional bodybuilder, by definition I am a body builder but my body doesn't pay my bills, working out and getting huge and ripped is a hobby for me nothing more. if I am unable to focus and put forth 110 percent on the gym and eating I will back off to just maintaining my muscle mass and patiently wait for when there is a lull in my schedule that will allow me to use steroids and grow and give the proper amount of attention to my training. if you can't devote yourself to your body and eating and training and resting, don't use steroids, please, you'll waste your money and only get frustrated and self sabotage yourself.

    Training for me is almost like chasing ass, I love it. I write out exactly what I want to do then go in to the gym and do even better. it's all mental, will it with your mind and your body will follow. there is no worse feeling than walking out of the gym knowing you could have done better. everyone has bad days. I try to lower all negativity while on cycle and put all my extra brain power into calculating, eating, scheming and preparing.
    Right now my split is pretty basic:
    Monday: Back and light bis
    Tuesady: chest and light tris
    Wednesday: legs
    thursady: arms
    Friday : shoulders
    weekend off: maybe light cardio and abs, get a massage, recharge by going to the beach, or hanging out with friends

    My split works very well for me and here is my thought process behind it. Monday is everyone's chest day, I get ****ing pissed trying to find a bench on Monday so I made it my back day. My back is my weakest point in my physique so I also like coming off of two days of rest and really ripping back up. My arms are lacking, they are at 17.5 inches, not pumped right now and I'm wanting 18, so I take advantage of them being already pre fatigued and warmed up on back and chest day to throw in a few sets of high rep exercises to get more volume on them. Shoulders is my FAVORITE day and if you seen my body you'd clearly see that, I swear I can do squats and my shoulders grow, at the end of my week my body is drained and tired so I took my strongest body part and put it last because it doesn't need the extra attention right now. I like to train traps with back and with shoulders, the traps are a larger muscle group than most think and there arm many different angles that work them the complement my back routine or my shoulder routine, therefore I train them twice a week. I like to watch Dorian Yates on you tube before i workout, and throw in his style of HIT training every two weeks i'll take a week of pure HIT.
    My strength is important to me as it fuels my ego which in turn makes my mind better suited to make an intense workout. Right now my current strength is I can rep 315 for a good steady controlled 10 reps on a flat bench, I can squat 405 one time, ass to the grass, shoulder press from seated position I can usually push the hundreds for a good 8 reps. i know that a big muscle is a strong muscle so yes many of you say leave the ego at the door focus on the muscle not the weight and i agree but i can bust muscle fibers up a lot better pushing 315 than 225, its common sense, i strive to be bigger AND stronger as the two walk hand in hand.
    Well I'll get off my soapbox, I have to go fight the crowds and do some last minute Christmas shopping but I hope to hear some comments and hope this helps or at least entertains a few people.

    Update December 25 2013:
    I have heard a lot of questions on kick in time of tren e, and I have seen a lot of advice to use acetate if you've never used tren before to see how sensitive you are to sides. The last cycle that I used tren e I was pushing 500 mgs a week and definitely noticed some sides but at the time felt it was worth it. Night sweats were the worse, my bed was soaked therefore I started to put a large beach towel down before going to bed each night. I honestly do not remember how long it took for the tren to "kick".
    This cycle as stated above I am only running 300 mgs a week for the first five weeks and upping it to 400 for week 6 to 10. My supplier is very good and with my body I noticed a huge difference in my body after 3 days of my first injection. The first thing I noticed was a nice boost in my strength on leg day. typically I can squat 275 nice a deep for 10 reps and really struggle on the last two. on this leg workout I was able to work up to 275 and bang out 12 very easily. Initially I contributed this new strength to the anadrol which is most likely the case as the pumps have been very intense. Personally I don't care for all these new berry flavored pre workouts, I keep it simple with a double espresso thirty min prior. The new intense pumps are definitely from the Anadrol. My sleep the second night of pinning was definitely troubled and has continued to be. I have a prescription of trazadone that I now take an hour before bed time which helps me fall asleep but when I wake I am wide awake. this is a very common trend with tren. No night sweats so far and for that I am grateful.
    The test cyp has definitely begun to make an effect, I have enough experience with test that I know the feeling of test taking effect in my body. typically the day after a shot of test I become very focused, my sex drive rises and I feel overall better. Last night I had one of the girls come over and wait for Santa with me. Santa may come once a year, but this meat head can come three times a night, as proven last night . So far there is not shrinking in my nuts, that usually doesn't occur for me until about week 9 of a cycle on test.
    I am very impressed with the results with only being on day 6. I was surprised at how fast I began feeling results from the test, good test usually doesn't start making me feel anything til about week 2 to 3. I am keeping my fingers crossed on the night sweats. the new pumps and strength from the anadrol is a great feeling and only feeds my intensity in the gym more.
    Due to liver toxicity of steroids and especially adrol I always use milk thistle through the entire cycle and pct time frame. I know a lot of dudes are very sensitive to gyno and like to run up to .5mg of adex a day to control nipple itchiness or tenderness. having no breast tissue left I cant use that as a means to monitor estrogen so what I like to do is run 25 mg of nolva a day starting week 3. The reason I choose nolva over the adex is in order to grow a certain amount of estrogen is NEEDED. if I ran adex all the time the estrogen would be gone and may hamper my goals, the nolva is only an inhibitor so the estrogen is still in the body. if I start seeing other sides begin I will throw in some adex to bring the estrogen back in check. I don't like being puffy or carrying to much water. I like growing but I prefer to do so leanly, I want to be able to take my shirt off any day of the year and not look like a bloated power lifter.
    One question I receive a lot from my family is why I would want to use steroids. To me it is very basic and simple, my body, my choice, I don't owe anyone an explanation to my life and health but me. The gym is my favorite hobby, I love just working out, and watching my body transform. My goal is to eventually enter a show. I want to be ready and LOOK like a body builder. I went to a few amateur shows that to me should have been fitness competitions not body building shows.

    December 30: Day 11
    The cycle continues on and my weight continues to rise. I am now 212, a total of 10 pounds have been gained. The pumps from the Anadrol50 are becoming very intense, almost painful on some workouts. I like to flex the muscle being worked for the entire rest time between sets on the last three sets of each workout and on legs and back the pumps are amazing, I feel like my muscles are going to burst from my skin and I love it.
    My strength is also on the rise which is a fantastic feeling. I like to throw some negative work in every few weeks because it has always been very effective for boosting my strength. On flat bench of my last chest day I had my workout partner, who actually showed up to train, so threw 450 on the bar to do a set of negatives and to my surprise I threw the weight up entirely on my own. To this date that is by far the most I have benched.
    The sides from the Tren E are becoming more and more prominent. My sleep is very troubled and this frustrates me. I have scheduled a two hour nap three days out of the week to help recovery that I am not getting at night. Night sweats are beginning so I have broke out the beach towels, so problem solved. My body fat is slowly dropping and cuts are becoming clearer. My muscles feel much harder. I have been getting a lot of cramps, mainly in my shoulders and calves even with great stretching and consuming bananas. I did get a nice deep tissue massage yesterday on my rest day and the therapist commented on a few “knots”. I’m not sure if the tren could be responsible for this, I’ve noticed I don’t usually get cramps unless I’m on cycle. Still working on that problem.
    My appetite is on the rise as well. I like to eat 4500 calories a day as I stated before from mostly good clean foods like chicken, fish, eggs, oats, sweet spuds, fruit and steak. Some days I am simply not feeling full enough and still hungry so I have began to implement shakes again. I usually drink one shake in the morning or the middle of the night when I raise hungry. I always felt more nourished and overall better from eating whole foods versus shakes. I have added two more shakes throughout the day blended with two servings of peanut butter per shake. My caloric intake is closer to 5000-5500 and my body fat is not rising. I keep my water at a gallon a day. Even when in 120 degree heat and conducting 5 to 10 click patrols a day I never felt I needed more than a gallon a day. My urine stays a good color and I don’t feel dehydrated therefore I’m going to leave my water intake alone.
    I have not noticed any new stretch marks yet but the one’s I already had are becoming very dark red. I love stretch marks, to me they are trophies. Overall I am pleased and still very excited. I’ve always liked to train but my enthusiasm is definitely higher and I am grateful.

    January 4, 2014: day 16
    I'm currently up 15 pounds from my starting weight and still thriving on every workout. My biggest complaint is the sides from the TREN E. I'm not sleeping very well and the night sweats are becoming slightly irritating. My patience has lowered but I've never been known for being overly patient anyway. It is something I work on. I could also contribute this to lack of good rest and obviously the chemicals in my body. I'm not raging or being a jackass but I am irritable. I try to channel that into my workouts but honestly I get better results in the gym when I'm feeling positive. I don't watch TV or touch my phone two hours prior to my workouts and I try to just get my mind in a good calm place before entering the gym.
    I've been experiencing a lot of indigestion and heartburn. I'm not going to blame that on any kind of sides from juice more just my diet. My appetite is through the roof and even on days that I'm consuming 5500 calories I'm still hungry but I have plenty of healthy snacks on hand at all times. I never leave the house without some form of food in my pockets, an apple, banana, jerky, cheese, a shake, ect.
    I have noticed my thrist has dropped, I'm not sure why but lately I've been choking down my water to make sure I get my full gallon in a day. I've usually just listened to my body on water intake, if I'm thirsty I drink, if not I don't but I know that proper water intake is vital to many things within the body.
    My gym partner has officially given up on me, I find it humorous to a degree. He said my workouts are too intense and he can't keep up. I think he has a case of granular vaginitis (sand in the clit) but I'll take the compliment and push forward alone until I find someone with the testicular fortitude to be my gym partner.
    I've taken my two week measurements and every body part has grown substantially to include neck, chest, arms, legs. I was sad to see an extra quarter inch on my waist but I'm not going to worry to much about that as I have noticed my abs have thickened up a bit. my plan is to drop an ab day and focus more high rep and really just dice up what I have to avoid getting a large waist.
    Lastly I'd like to say my strength is becoming mind blowing. I've always considered my arms one of my strong areas as far as size goes in proportion to the rest of my body but honestly my biceps have always lacked strength and endurance. My arm workout last night was fantastic and I found my typical 45 lb dumbbell curls were a bit to light and I ended with the 60's with great form, threw in a massive drop set and left feeling like superman.

    A bombs plus tren? You should be benching Cadillacs soon. I would expect you to put on some serious mass with that combo plus the calories you are consuming. I also have a love hate relationship with tren. I had issues with trensomnia along with other things but it is by far the best steroid I have ever used. Good luck to you, I am anxious to see results.     I'm assuming by your avatar you are a fellow devil dog, semper fi brother. Tren is an amazing compound that I don't feel gets enough credit. The sides do suck at times but the payoff in my humble opinion is worth it. I'm throwing around the idea of posting some pictures. I have a lot of tattoos and though I'm not longer in the Marine Corps I still have a career to protect, maybe when I figure out how to blur out my ink.
    Anadrol is another great steroid, also risky sides but at a moderate realistic dosage, very worth it. I've heard a lot of horror stories of losing appetite and such but I think that's with the higher doses, I learned to keep all my doses mild, more for me doesn't equal better results. Thanks for reading, I plan to keep this log going throughout the entire PCT as I've learned how to conduct that properly and keep most my gains.

    week 3 update

    I am nearing the end of three so I'm almost four weeks in to this very effective cycle. My bodyweight is now up 20 lbs from the beginning.
    Training
    My training has never been better or intense then it currently is. The strength gains from Abombs and tren is certainly noticeable. I'm lifting more weight then I ever have and I'm recording each and every workout. In order to keep it balanced in my head I go in with a very specific goal for each workout. For all my big multi joint mass building moves I try to either get an extra rep or two from the same weight as the previous workout or the same number of reps with more weight than the last. My focus has never been better even with an increased stress from my personal life (completely unplanned)
    Attitude
    As I mentioned in my last update I have noticed I am more easily agitated right now but I'm still not "raging" and being a jack ass. I know I am at my strongest when calm and focused so I keep the mentality that I'm going to drop all my worries at the gym door and for an hour or two its just me in my own world. I've used this technique in college, the marine corps, ect. and have always excelled at anything I wanted to minus my personal relationships, I'm more of a lone wolf so to speak anyway. Will I ever be a champion bodybuilder? Who knows, I consider my workouts to be a constant battle against bad genetics but I'm winning the war. Realistically no I will not I love my job far to much right now to ever consider turning in my suits permanently for posing trunks. I do keep the goal of eventually competing though always fresh in my head. This is my hobby not my life.

    ****ing love abombs, the pumps are intense, moderately painful but who doesn't love a little pain? It's like pounding one the girls after I have her all tied up and she runs her nails down my back and I can feel the sweat in the new open wound and I just beat it harder.....pumps, fantastic. They are the cause of my heartburn though. I have noticed within one hour of taking my pill, heartburn. Tums and zantac.
    Tren
    The love and the hate continue to grow. My muscles are getting harder my the day and clear separations are coming in, I noticed some very pleasing striations popping from my triceps two nights ago during my arm workout. The night sweats are still present, not a fan at all. I've noticed some small acne starting on my upper back and shoulders. Dial antibacterial twice a day. The insomnia has lessened and I'm getting better rest but it's still not quite what it should be. I diligently work my schedules and have been lucky enough to be getting some good naps in daily to compensate.
    Test Cyp
    .....well not much to say, who doesn't love test. I only threw test in this cycle to keep my willy happy and he's been very pleased. After yesterdays injection within an hour the poor dude was hungry. Blonde from contact list B called hour later showed up, problem solved.

    Keep up the good work devil dog. If you are getting these results at the start of week 4, just think. You still have 8 weeks left of awesome gains ahead of you. Good to hear you focus primarily on training. I can speak from first hand experience that your personal life can ruin an entire cycle if you let it.

    Ooh Rah! Thank you for the support Devil. How do you say ooh rah with a dick in your mouth? hooah. Lol theres gay then there's army gay. I'm just kidding.....kind of.
    Typically by this point in the cycle I'd be feeling like a ****ing pin cushion and be counting down the injections til the end. This time with mixing the compounds in the same syringe and only pinning 2x week, it's not so bad. My enthusiasm only grows with each rep. I have spent a lot of money on gear in the past and finally after careful observation and trial and error I am nailing a cycle exactly how I expect it to go and reaping the rewards. This is by far the cheapest, yet most effective cycle to date. Eight more weeks of bliss is how I see it.
    Personal life, I hear ya. stress for me zaps my appetite to nothing and my motivation is gone. I chose this time in my calendar because I knew my schedule would be pretty clear for the most part. I'm having some.....less than cooperative clients lately driving my stress up, but hey I watch Dexter and I may see sheets of plastic in their future...totally kidding. My dad always started binge eating when he got stressed, I'm jealous that I didn't inherit that trait, but I'm glad I'm not looking like a sumo wrestler either.
    I hope life in the Mid West is treating you well, I saw that central united states was getting blasted with snow and nasty wintry things, stay warm. Anyhoo, strength and honor mi hermano.

    Pain is weakness leaving the body! OOH-RAHH!! I hear ya with the pin cushion sh!t. Ran a cycle of test prop/tren/mast and I pinned e/d to keep my blood levels even, also was injecting synthol in my biceps along with a cycle of melanotan, felt like swiss cheese. Enjoy it while you can, nothing like elevated test levels to make you feel the best you have felt in a long time. Nail every chick you can while your at it, c0ck strong is just a myth.

I'd like to play around with HGH and maybe insulin before synthol. I'll be honest even HGH scares me a little, a friend of mine had been in an area with TB and was just about to run HGH but thought he should be get checked out first, everything grows except your brain and eyes, at least that is how I understand it. If you had a tumor somewhere in your body, I'd assume that would grow too.

    I'm the same way with HGH, never ran it and was too afraid to. I heard that it can make everything bigger including your head, that always kind of freaked me out. The synthol worked good for me, I put on some good size on my biceps, got a lot of positive comments from people. In fact I plan on running another synthol series in my bi's soon. I will post a thread with pics. Also looking to to calves in the not too distant future as well.

    Yes and no, the idea behind Synthol is that the oil stretches out the muscle fascia and allows for new muscle fibers to be built in its place that result in permanent muscle tissue. However, the oil itself dissipates in a few months.
