How many prior cycles have you run? This stack is pretty wild. 18 weeks is on the longer side. Most guys stick to 12. I've run 16 but didn't see any advantage with the 4 extra weeks and felt like the only thing I was doing was really stressing my physiology more than necessary. Remember, anabolics are immunosuppressive, impair healthy lipid metabolism and at supraphysiological have a negative impact the longer the cycle.

I've run all of the compounds you've prefaced above but not in one stack. IMHO, I'd run the test, mast and add the var if you like but adding winstrol is overkill and EQ useless. If your current bf is above 10%, the yield from masteron is low and you will be disappointed.

Aromasin because of the shorter half life (24hrs) and the high metabolite yield following liver metabolism, dosing every day is necessary for most people.

Yea ive ran all the compounds stated minus eq and winstrol

Have a few cycles under my belt

Ive used tren a & e, sust, cyp, var, deca, mast a & e, primo, prop, dbol, clen, caber, nolva, clomid, aromasin, hcg


The reason for longer cycle was (from what I read) eq takes a while to begin working I was basically going to run test eq mast run var for begining of cycle take a few wks off orals and end it with winny to dry out maybe 3-4wks

Both compounds ive never tried

Long ester compounds I usually run 14-16wks

Short esters for 8wks

Pct clomid nolva sometimes aromasin

Im 190lbs
about 10-11% bf
Height 5'7"

Eq is not just the least anabolic roid on the market it is arguably the most dangerous with what it does to your red blood cell count. I would not run it personally. Switch to the primo if you are hell bent on running another compound ( though I don’t love primo that much either it’s better than eq) Aside from that this run looks pretty intense but your #s are ok so long as you know what you’re doing. Also asprin will do zero for you don't waste your time. Good luck.

I never ran eq but I know a couple people who have and they tell me good things.. Im going wait a couple more weeks before committing to a protocol thanks bro

That cycle is a lot of DHT compounds all at once for 16 weeks. I would changed it up and knock off 4 weeks.

Solid advice above. Unless you have a contest coming just keep it (the cycle) simple and focus on nutrition and training to give you your desired results.
