    Is this a good first cycle for me???

    Have been looking to juice for awhile now and I wanted people opinion on the cycle I'm looking at. I'm 20 5'11" and 140lb I'm pretty muscular for my weight and get that on a daily basis but I'm looking to get just a little more around the arms. Maybe just one cycle or so.

    Weeks 1-10:
    *500mg testosterone per week
    *1 quarter tablet of Fincar per day (1.25mg)
    *1 quarter tablet of Arimidex every other day (0.25mg)
    *1 tablet of clomid every other day (50mg)
    *320mg of standardized Saw Palmetto Extract per day

    Week 11:
    *300mg testosterone per week
    *1 quarter tablet of Fincar per day (1.25mg)
    *1 quarter tablet of Arimidex every other day (0.25mg)
    *1 tablet of clomid every other day (50mg)
    *320mg of standardized Saw Palmetto Extract per day

    Week 12:
    *200mg testosterone per week
    *1 quarter tablet of Fincar per day (1.25mg)
    *1 quarter tablet of Arimidex every other day (0.25mg)
    *1 tablet of clomid every day (50mg)
    *320mg of standardized Saw Palmetto Extract per day

    Week 13:
    *1.25mg of finasteride per day
    *.25mg of Arimidex every other day
    *100mg of clomid every day

    Week 14:
    *1 quarter tablet of Arimidex every 3rd day (0.25mg)
    *50mg of clomid every day

    How are you remotely 'muscular' at 140lbs?

    Too young and too light.

    You need nothing other than lots of food and a good lifting program.

    I am no math wizard but 140lb and 5'10. LOL, got some growing to do without AAS.

    Second, if you read the links why the heck does your cycle look the way it does?

    I woke up and after doing a morning run I ate a bowl of cereal 3 eggs a steak a protein shake and a salad after a couple of hours I went to Moes and ate a huge burrito that had steak chicken and everything in a salad in it then after soccer I have 2 plates or rice with chicken then went for a motorcycle ride can back and ate another plate with meat instead of chicken then went to put gas in my car and got a vanilla shake I also ate a little snacks here and there

    I read a couple of articles about reducing the "side effects" of doing a cycle and if I calculated right and my sources where good then the cycle I had planned would reduce side effects if there was going to be any but then again that's why I'm here for help haha

    So you have no idea how to eat is what you are saying. Hit up the Nutrition Section and let some of the Vet's there help you grow.

    How many calories is that? And what are the macro's?

    And why are you running and playing soccer if you want to gain weight?

    SMFH!! 20yo 5'11" 140 pounds!! You need to learn how to eat boy!! You have NO business using any type of AAS! Go buy some protein powder. You don't even have a base to start with. Steroids are not Magical. You are only going to ruin your life. Even if you put on 20 pounds, it will be all water weight and you will lose it after your cycle. Your balls will shrivel and you will shoot blanks the rest of your life.

    I thought I had nutrition and working out planned? I've been lifting in sports for about 3-4 years I honestly think my body genetically is not built to have muscles ex. A runners body you know? I can try to chance everything but that's why I'm here

    Look man , no ones hating on you or being a ass , but you have to be serious you wanna use steroids at 140 lbs , 20 years of age.

    You need to eat right and do some weights mate , how ever big you feel in the mirror , is not big enough to use steroids

    I use to do a lot more cardio believe or or not that's less than half of what I use to do. I cut down my cardio a lot within the last year and starting doing higher weights but very little weight gains :/

    You have a runners body because you run.

    You don't gain weight because you don't eat enough. You think you eat lots? Eat more. And more.

    Lift heavy, intense and short. Compound moves only.

    Steroids might be painted in a darker part of a picture ( i should of been a poet) , but it doesnt mean that everyone on this site is going to say ' Hey shoot up boy , grab some test and inject that stuff '

    Your chancing is going to RUIN the rest of your life. Seriously. AAS is NOT what you need. Your not going to get any help here on that planned cycle. Go to the nutrition forum. Put on some weight. Revisit AAS when your 30 and 190 pounds.

    Oh no I'm not taking it as hating haha I love the criticism in all honesty but I'm her because I've tried lifting I take protein shakes everyday. I've gotten that I have to much protein in my body which I didn't know was possible o.O (by my doctor) so I worked out harder still no gains so the only reason I wanted to start juicing was because I thought it wasn't me but my genetics weren't allowing me to get bigger sooooo I thought juicing would balance it out
