5kg in a week is an awful lot to lose, you're eating hardly anything, you must be starving right? Good luck with your journey.

why are you not training with weights at least a little?...its not like your fat but there is very little muscle to show when you loose the fat...besides the more muscle mass you have the more calories it requires to function hence more calories burned per day...anyways congrats on your success so far just wanted to encourage you to maybe lift more...good luck...

						I've noticed it aswell, i'm starting to lift today. Had some problems so I couldn't get it started at the same time as my cardio training.
