    2nd cycle rip off or my fault

    first cycle of test prop i went from 160 to 177 strength gains workout 5-6 days a week and NEVER WAS SORE NEXT DAY DUE TO ROIDS then got off and went down to 170

    so now 2nd cycle after 2 full bottles i went from 170- 171 and i get slightly sore after workouts but my balls shrunk and sex drive sky high but i been slacking and only working out like 2 times a week.

    List your full cycle including current AI and dose. What's your caloric intake daily and how much above your TDEE are you consuming?

    If your in a place that you can get bloods drawn do it mid cycle. That will answer all questions on if gear is bunk.

    You can't expect to make gains sitting on the couch, or else everyone would be a monster, eat above TDEE beast it in the gym

    2x a week??? Fml. I wouldn't know what to do with my self. I go as hard if not harder off cycle then on. You have to keep those gains. Nothing is permanent friend.
