Total and free T are down 15% from the last blood test. Total is 650 ng/dl and free T is 406pmol/L (range 500 - 750). Previous to this last test, I was doing half into a love handle and half into opposite glute. Went to glutes only as I don't have much fat on the sides and it needs more than a week to recover from soreness. It seems to me that absorption/ recovery is better in the love handles - does this make sense?
Another observation I have made is that T propionate at 75gm/wk (22mg eod) had my T levels at twice what they are now - 1300ng/dl vs 650ng/dl now. (was using prop as the compounding pharmacy did not have cyp or T/E). But the prop caused big red itchy lumps, even in the glutes, so I had to drop it.
I am think to increase T enanthate by 15% as the free is a bit below the ideal range. If prop had no reaction, I'd go back to it.
Thoughts or comments please?? JH.
