    Post workout shakes...

    Every one says that you have a 20min window or whatever after you train to get protein and carb into you system, I used to do that by having a protein shake with crushed oatmeal in it. I recently went and got my diet done up by the go to guy in my city and he reckons no go on any protein shakes so now I get all my protein from proper food and am not have a post workout shake. What's every ones thoughts on this? Post work out shakes important or just bro science?

    Mehh IMO so long as you eat sometime after then your all good . As for the shakes ... They are just a supplement , if you havent got time to eat
