Day 1:
Day 2:Shaky hands after taking my first 40mcg tab, no other sides. Did 40 min cardio after str training and went to bed with a daily kcal of 1900.
Day 3:80 mcg, shaky hands and minor muscle cramps.
Day 4:80 mcg, same as above but less muslce cramps. Upped my taurine to 4g/day.
