I am trying to drop some body fat and cut up a bit. I am 5'10 225 about 20%bf?? Looking to get to about 190 @ 12%bf. I am lifting 5 days a week one muscle per day and doing cardio 5 days a week in the morn on empty stomach for 30-45 mins. I just need any advice/critique, my diet looks like this.....
9:00 am-40 mins cardio
10:00-1 slice whole wheat toast w/ can of tuna or 50g protein shake w/ flax
12:00-chicken breast or lean stip steak w/ salad or steamed veggie.
2:00-50g protein shake
4:00-tuna
6:00-chicken or steak w/ sweet potatoe.
9:00-protein shake
Drink 1-2 gallons of water per day
I also take glutamine + multi-vitamin.
