Its been awhile since I have posted on here but here is where I learned alot years ago.
Since then I have competed in many bodybuilding shows, used gurus, coaches etc, some big names.
I am looking to finally take a solid year off and focus on size for NPC nationals 2015 and wanted to share my cycle.
Current Stats 5'7 200lbs 10%bf
Cycle has started and is outlined below, not a fan of deca, npp or Tren E aka asshole mode
Keep in mind I have done over 10+ cycles and lots of compounds.
This Cycle i preferred to keep simple and not have alot of compounds
NOTE: My gear is not made with a shitload of BA and is smooth which is why I stuck with my source unlike other sources who use more than the standard 2%. All My gear is warmed in the vials before shot via hot water. This allows me to shoot smoothly and my gear doesnt lump up or burn because my gear has no BA.
Cycle Overview Weekly for 16 - 20 weeks x 2 this year
Test Cyp 6ml per wk 1500mg x 20wks = 30000mg = (2500mg a vial) = 12 vials
Test Prop 6ml per wk 600mg x 20wks = 12000mg = (1000mg a vial) = 12 vials
EQ 3ml per wk 600mg x 20wks = 12000mg = (2000mg a vial) = 6 vials
HGH on hand, for now letting IGF1-LR3 work it. HGH will be 6iu PostWO if so
5ml per shot -
Mon- Left Glute 5ml ( 2ml Test Cyp, 2ml Test Prop, 1ml EQ)
Wen - Left Delt 2.5ml then right delt 2.5ml ( 2ml Test Cyp, 2ml Test Prop, 1ml EQ)
Fri- Right Glute 5ml ( 2ml Test Cyp, 2ml Test Prop, 1ml EQ)
Glutes 23g 1 1/2" needle
Delts 25g 1" needle
Terumo Luer lock 5ml syringe
- 15iu slin (Apidra Fast acting) - 5iu wake, 5iu pre, 5iu post ( I keep a BG kit on me and honey on hand just incase), Keeping fats away from slin injection times. Keeping slin at 5iu for now and will up as needed.
- IGF-LR3 - 40mcg PostWO
- GHRP-6 - 250mcg x 2 ED 30 mins before meals
- Adex 1mg - Mon, Wen, Fri - trying to keep it at a min even with 2g of test
- Baby Aspirin 81mg ED to assist with increased RBC and will also be donating a pint of blood per month if needed if RBC rises to much via signs of issues
- Vitamin C 1000mg - ED at wakeup and PostWO
- Accutane 30mg - On hand as needed
- Finasteride 1mg EOD - 0.5mg in am, 0.5mg in pm
- Xanax 0.5mg - Everynight for deep rem sleep only
Also doing cardio ED for 20 minutes to rev metabolism up, keep it lean not a sloppy bulk, and to also provide oxygen to my cells with the RBC increased count.
Diet is below, Trying to keep whole foods as much as possible but with the slin I need fast protein and carbs to be shuttled and feed the muscles
Training day
6:30am - Pre-cardio Meal 1
Shake 1 serving ISO-100 25g pro (5g Bcaa, 5g Glutamine, 5g L-Arginine)
Cardio 20 mins 65% HR on treadmill on incline
7:10am- Post cardio Meal 1
5iu slin
Shake 1 serving ISO-100 25g pro (5g Bcaa, 5g Glutamine, 5g L-Arginine)
3oz cream of wheat (dry weight not cooked)
8:00am Meal 2
16oz egg whites with spinach
1/2 cup steel cut oats ( measured dry, 1 serving of steel cut is 27g carbs) 54g carbs
10g Whole Psyllium husk
1 serving Anavite
1 serving Liv52
11am 250mcg GHRP-6
11:30am Meal 3
5oz Chicken Breast
1/2 cup Fiber one
1oz almonds
3:00pm Meal 4
5oz Chicken Breast
1/2 cup Fiber one
5:00pm - Pre-Workout meal 5

343g protein (40%)
320g carbs (40%)
80g fat (20%)
Rest is the same +1 chicken meal but half the carbs and less shakes and 5iu slin on wakeup only
Short of adding a shake in middle of night when i wake up and piss, I will adjust diet as metabolism increases vs just throwing 400g carb 400g pro and like 130g fat.
Trying to keep this clean and so far its been a week and im leaner already.
