Fake HCG? Seriously?!

In several different places I have read mention of fake HCG. Is this a fact? How big of a problem is it, and how do I spot the real HCG?

Do you mean a home pregnancy test? As I recall they don't exactly provide instructions for testing HCG.

This^^ I havent had to use pregnancy test. I knew it was working when my balls didn't shrink down to the size of peanuts! lol
