    in need of help

    im 32 years old been working out for a good year and a half im eating right and i work out every day but it seems like it is taking forever to see results i weigh 170 any sujestions

    Work out

    I work out every day I've been taking supplements like muscle xlerator and I have a strict diet of fish and chicken taw veggies and a little red meat my work out normally last for a hour or more been doing this for little over a year not very noticeable results what do I need to do??

    I would suggest that you jump over to the nutrition section and make sure your diet is in check

    No but seriously, welcome bro.
    I myself am struggling to put weight on so hardly making any gains last month, but upped my calories drastically last two days so hopefully I see some results!
    Definitely get to nutrition section though , they'll help you out!

    welcome. Start with nutrition. It all begins there; and getting that right and consistent is the hardest part. Then consider your workout. That part is a little easier - provided you're motivated. Once those two are squared away, you should see some nice gains. Best wishes.
