Question is ; I'm currently on a low dose of Letro at 2.5ed for some minimal gyno and i want to know if I should continue taking it and also adding in liquidex ED or EOD at what dose ? Main goal is get lean on this cycle .
Cycle History - 1. sust250 1-9 wks
2. Prop 1-8 wks
3. Now prop and var

No I'm not on anything right now but I wanted to start today though . I've had a little gyno since I was young till now , it sucksss man ! Been taking Letro for 2 weeks and it's gone down some but I figured with a lean cycle and taking arimidex at a good dose will clear It up .. Thoughts ??

If you're taking letro any other AI isn't going to do jack shit. My advice to you is to get this gyno gone before you cycle. Have you been diagnosed with gyno from a doc? Have you had bloodwork.

Also 18% bodyfat may be the issue that leads to your estrogen related sides. It affects some more than others. I can cycle at 20% and not get any estro related sides. For you it might be different.

Maybe wait a few weeks. Drop your BF a point or two and make sure your gyno is under control. Letro is a harsh chem and you don't want to be on it long term

Thanks man for your insight .. I guess I can say its puffy nips ? I will come down off the Letro slowly ( dosing down ) and keep doing my cardio like I'm doing now 3-4 a week and see how I'm doing then . How much would be a good dosage of liquidex with a cycle of Prop / var so I know in the future ?

there are plenty of threads on AI's and dosage take a look. I'm going to pass on that because I don't run and AI on cycle. I've never needed to. But I recommend that you do.
