Did my first injection last night. Went smooth, felt nothing. 25 gauge pin in my right quad. 1ml of test E. Woke up this morning and my quad is killing me. This normal? How long should I expect it to last? Thanks

It's normal, maybe a few days.

If that's you in your picture you should really lower your bf% before pinning anything man. Hit up the the nutrition section and get that bf down, otherwise you're just throwing away money and it could potentially be harmful to your health.

your first pin in any muscle is gonna hurt and quads are way worse than glutes. it'll probably feel like someone hit you in the leg with a bat for 3-4 days - especially if you didn't go deep enough. I hate pinning quads, but its all part of it, bro. When you hit a nerve or go too shallow, you'll pay the price and learn not to do it that way again. For what its worth, I try to go just on the outside of the femur, pretty high up on the quad. Different guys like different spots. Good luck.

That's normal for every time I pin my quad. I don't do them any more, it's not worth it when delts and glutes are painless.
