Thread: T3 on low dose test??

    Is 200mg/week enough to counter muscle wasting from 50mcg T3???
    Would it work for a dude at 180lbs 15%??

    What about 75 mcg T3??

    I also was thinking adding low dose clen(40-60mcg), just because I feel great on clen a d the little boost it may gives, (and I have lot left...)?

    Do I truly need to worry about muscle wasting??

    I'll say you should be fine. I am on a trt dose of test, and 75 mcg of T3. Currently it seems like I am building muscle honestly, and two of my three days are severe deficits, under 1k calories, and multiple cardio sessions. T3 is legit, my TSH is not even showing up.

    I was on 50 mcg, and a lower than trt dose of test, think under 500 total levels for 4 weeks. There was a lot of weight loss, and any muscle I lost was gained back once I started eating carbs again. But I don't believe I had muscle loss, just water weight loss as it all came back almost immediately.

    I'll also add I don't feel like t3 is magic. When I upped my dose from 50 to 75, it seemed like my hunger all the sudden got out of control, fat loss didn't increase at all either, just has made life a bit more miserable. If I were to suggest anything with it's use is save it for the last bit of a fat loss period, and don't do it long, or just don't do it at all. It won't make or break fat loss for you, that will come down to diet and exercise protocol primarily anyways.

    Someone used a nice analogy about cake. Diet and training is the cake, steroids are the icing on the cake, and things like peptides are the sprinkles. T3 fits in there around sprinkles, just my opinion, maybe slightly better sprinkles. Speaking of cake, I think I will bake one tonight and use it as my pre work out tomorrow.

    I know diet is the main part.

    I just have quite a lot of T3 and I want to see how I react to it before including another compound for my blast.

    Was just scared of giving up my gains...

    Go make a cake!! Yellow cake is out of oven now. Have a butterscotch frosting i'm going to make up once the cake cools.
