That is what I was getting at with AAS in first post. If one says IGF receptors are responsible in the gut, then yes hgh is a culprit. But doesnt insulin and/or AAS raise IGF to some extent as well? So, in effect, all of this stuff (or natural training) will enlarge the gut? I dont think this is correct, as I dont see this in the real world; which leads me to believe IGF is not really a culprit, and perhaps hgh directly.
