Critique my bloodwork please!

Hey guys,
I posted a couple of weeks ago with symptoms
Of low energy, low libido and poor ejaculatory volume.

I am 24 years old, 6ft 240lbs, 10 years of training...3 cycles under my belt since 21.

My previous cycle was about 10 months long. Months 1-8 were fantastic, I felt great. However, the last two months I had a severe drop in libido and sense
Of well being. Erection quality was poor, so I decided to come off.

I was perscribed HCG from my endo

Here are my results from 6 weeks off cycle, taking 500ius ED of HCG
50mg clomid ED
12.5mg aromasin EOD

Total testosterone - 595, scale 250-1000
Free testosterone - 141, scale 46-220
SHBG - 15, scale 10-50
Estradiol - 150pg/ml, endo said no scale but high
Prolactin - 4.8, scale 2-18
Fsh - 0.0
LH - 0.0

I still feel like my libido is hit or miss. If I take cialis
I get rocked up easily. However, without it I am doomed.

Any advice from experienced guys? Is my estro causing these side effects? Will my FSH and LH come back on my current regiment of HCG, Clomid and
Aromasin?

What is your endo's planned protocol? Are you attempting a restart? Your estro is high and no your lh will not come bacl till you discontinue the hcg

Agree with Jim. Your endo is clueless if he has you running serms with HCG. Know that HCG is suppressive of pituitary function. Further that excessive amounts of HCG is increasing your E2.

Why such a long cycle and what was it?

My endo perscribed me 50,000 ius if hcg

I have been taking the clomid and aromasin on my own terns


I really would just like to come off, and get my sex drive back to whereit was. I always had a killer drive, and am just hoping to get that back.

What do you guys reccomend for protocol?

do a google search on the power pct protocol. After being on this long you will more than likely need to either do that or stay on the test for another 4-6 weeks runing the hcg alon side and run a 6 week pct after

If I stay on the HCG, should I increase my aromasin dosage? is my estro way too high?

yes aromasin eod is not going to be effective. It should be dosed at at least 12.5 mg Ed and adjust from there

I was gonna say you're almost on the same HRT protocol as me when I started, (Clomid 50mg ED) with the exception of the HCG and Aromasin. My Endo didn't want to give me hcg because there were too many unknowns (even though I stupidly wanted to go with it and eventually educated myself more about it on here) so I only got a script for clomid. I wanted Adex or aromasin to run in conjunction to lower e2 but he said it won't kill me to have it up for a short period of time (aside from the obv sides) and then slowly incorporating an AI. I went from like a Test level of 180's to around 700 (ref range 300-1055). Now we're adding in an AI (Arimedex or anastrozole same thing) and evaluating from there. He told me that it'll end up jumping my Test up (dunno how much) more but should reduce overall e2. But we don't want it to plummet into nothing bc that's as bad or worse than e2 being too high.

Yeah you need to ditch the hcg all together bc it's back blocking your pituitary. Your pituitary will see that the hcg is already acting like LH so it won't send much LH & FSH down to your testes so that it'll make Test and sperm. As far as recovering from a cycle like that, if you weren't running hcg on cycle, putting it in you now in conjunction with Clomid is fruitless. Your body is built to hold some type of equilibrium or stasis as a result of positive and negative feedback loops in almost every process of the body. Anyway, if it were me I'd up the aromasin dose like Jim said and stop the hcg and see where you are at after - I feel like it's better to push the natural cycle from the top down like that bc it's better for your biological set-point (the point your body and genetics wants you to be at) and if you do cycle again jump on the hcg in order to keep your fertility function for the future.
