Thread: My First Cycle

    My First Cycle

What's up guys. Let me start out by telling you a little about my life of lifting, stats etc... I am currently 18 years old. I started working out (seriously) about 2 years ago and have a big passion for it. I weigh 175 lbs, 5'10, 9-11% body fat. I workout very consistently, eat extremely good, and get my rest. Now let me explain to you guys why I want to do a cycle, to be honest, I really want to be able to workout every single day and never get overtrained. I find it extremely annoying that I workout for 6-8 weeks (6 day split) and always become overtrained, then have to take a week off the gym (which I can never really do lol). I would love to be able to workout for 3 hours a day and not completely **** my shit up. Another reason, I find that doing a cycle would be a awesome, just to see your body grow in front of you and get rapid results. Now guys, I would be very smart with my PCT and everything else. My friend said he recommends Long term test (Cypionate). Basically my question is, do you think my reasons are good enough? Should I wait until I'm older to try out a cycle? Any other things you guys want to inform me on? Thanks!

Do yourself a favor. Wait until you are older. Read the sticky about the young and steroids. Way to much risk of screwing yourself up permanently. At 18, you have huge amounts of natural test. Don't screw that up and be on HRT for life as a bonus.

5'10" and 175 is pretty thin. No doubt you could really put on some muscle naturally by really working on nutrition. It is a slow process, but the results are amazing. Check out the nutrition forum here.

Steroids will not keep you from overtraining. Probably almost everyone here has overtrained, on and off cycle. You still have to rest and recover. Steroids can help reduce the amount of time in between workouts (i.e. - you train a body part once every 6 days instead of 8 or 9), but only with adequate rest and nutrition. P.S. - 3 hours in the gym is crazy - no wonder you are only 175lbs.

Nobody here is going to encourage you to use AAS at 18, or 22. Don't be discouraged. Get your nutrition right and study the info provided here. By the time you get your nutrition right and add 20-25lbs of muscle, you will be in a position to know if the risks are worth the reward for you. Good luck.

    175 @ 5'10" is where I started

But, at 18 this means nothing. At 18, your natural test is high enough to pack on muscle if you eat fairly well & train hard.

Do you think that was anywhere near your genetic limit of growth without gear? ^^

Yes & no - I trained prior and seen damn near nothing, had a decent diet & my strength was a joke.

When I started sauce I grew like a weed. If I had everything perfected and fine tuned, I might have been able to pack on about 5-10 pounds of LBM naturally. But, in the same amount of time on the sauce I have gained over 30. My diet is better, but still very similar to the one prior to starting aas.

Just asking. I wasn't ready for gear when I started, But i was 30 5'11" 205lbs 16%bf. But the first cycle and being on here taught me so much even if I did lose what I gained

I never lost what I gained

But, juicing has so many facets. It's not the sauce that will make you in any way. You have to use it as a tool for helping you achieve your goals along with many other factors.

But, without sauce I would never get to where I am. Yet, it is a huge commitment - Hard to see kids just jump on. They grow & grow fast. But, how are you going to be in 20 years from 18? Will your dick work? You will be on trt for sure

By your own admission your over training. Get you workout and diet dialed in and if you want to be 225lbs you have to eat and train like it.
Steroids won't fix your diet or compensate for your bad training habits
