Hi Everyone
I am glad to be in a community of fellow lifters, bodybuilders, fitness peeps.
About me i am 28. I have been lifting since i was 18. I am about 234 at 19% bodyfat. I am currently on a cut. I work out 6 days a week.
My goals is to get to single digits bodyfat while maintaining muscle. I am never been on a cycle before and i want to learn everything. I have looked at a few of the stickies on the site but i havent found anything regarding steroids and clen/t3 t4 on a cut for newbies. If anyone can point me in the right direction i would be much obliged.
