A little question to the masters of nutrition...
I'm in a bulking plan and i wake up at 07:30am and after a shower and dress and blah, blah, blah i must go to my Job where i take my breakfast at 8:45am. Is correct take it after an hour since i woke up?. Or is better take it ASAP? How much time are between your wake up and your breakfast?
