This is my bulking diet plan for my proposed first cycle of Test E 600mg per week. I’ve drawn this up based on previous bulk cycles and I’m hoping for a critique from some knowledgeable members as to whether it’s GTG.

Weight 85kg
BF 16%
Current TDEE – 2,541 Kcal – eating roughly 500 kcals above maintenance
Macro split – 45/45/10

270g protein
270g carbs
70g fat


Meal 1 – 1 scoop whey
150g oats with mixed berries
300ml Almond milk

Meal 2 – 3 whole eggs, 3 egg whites,
100g lean protein
Handful of nuts

Meal 3 – 200g brown rice and broccoli
100g lean protein

Meal 4 – 200g brown rice, asparagus
100g lean protein

TRAINING

Meal 5 PWO shake – 50g whey isolate, 50g oats, 1 large banana.

Meal 6 Spinach, avocado and 100g oily fish, 2 tbs olive oil

Meal 7 200g cottage cheese

TOTALS 3,200 kcal approx

The plan/macros will be adjusted as TDEE increases.
