    How long till I start to lose weight on T3

    How long after starting T3 should I begin to start losing weight? Also when I did it before I remember feeling really hot but can't remember if that started straight away or not? I've been taking it for around a week now but haven't noticed anything yet

    How much are you taking? I've never ran t3 cause I don't like the thyroid risks that come with it but from what I've read on it, it's normally ran with albuterol, clen or keto and most people see results within a week or so depending on diet and cardio regime.

    If your diet is right you should see results in the first week. T3 is not magical. You have to have your diet dialed in and be at a good dose for you.

    Your body makes 25 of T3 a day so a good first dose is 50.
    100 is the top end of normal dose. It is not the top end dose.
    Be aware T3 will eat muscle and fat. If you are not on cycle you need to suppliment with extra testosterone to prevent muscle wastage. 250-350 over TRT dose or just 250-350 if not a TRT patient.

    That said at a 100 dose and correct diet with the testosterone support 25 lbs in 6-weeks with little to no muscle wastage is achievable with healthy (albeit large) lab rats. Add clen to that and make it a 35 lb drop. Did I mention:

    DIET MUST BE DIALED IN? lol.

    If you are aggressive with cardio (4+hours a day) and do not mind some muscle wastage guy at the gym just dropped 85 pounds in 60-days. He was a fatty like me. He showed up to a nutritionist's house across from the gym 5 x a day and ate the meal prepared for him. He wore different shirts everyday that said the same thing for motivation....

    Have u had your bloods done lisa since u been running t3, clen ect on and off for awhile, for thyroid issues

    Plenty of females take test and have great results. Not saying this is what Lisa should do as it's her choice but it's not unheard of for females to take test and still remain very feminine

    This is true, especially from an HRT perspective. I was more or less addressing the comment of:

    I had all my bloods done before this course of var, clen and T3 and all was good

    Yeh my diet is good but haven't noticed any loss yet.

    Haha, yeh you got that right, no test for me thank you. I think Var is the one for me
