starting bodybuilding/working out
hello there, new to all this bodybuilding but i want to start off with a bulk, ive reasched abit about diets and macros and done some planning for myself and need some advice on planning a diet,
stats;
weight - 82kg
age - 20
height - 170cm
i believe my bf% is quite high as i used to work in mcdonalds and they gave you free food which i loved at the time, prior to working there i was slim, but i cant measure my bf as i dont know how or have the equipment?
so my TDEE i worked out (Harris-Benedict Formula) was 2616 then i added 400 as i was bulking. im going with a 40/40/20 split.
so i worked out that i would need;
1206 carbs = 301.5g
1206 proteins = 301.5g
603 fats = 67g
so whats a good way to split up your macros between lets say 6 meals and how to fill in each meal? are there any good meal planner websites to help you atall? if you have any links that would help me fire away,
