my bad i meant to say that once i came off the tamox my libidio went significantly up. does this mean my test levels are greater now? and that my gyno is being controlled ?

You need an AI to reduce your estrogen, nolva will just target your receptors in the breast. Combination of the two is the best way to solve your issue IMHO
