Hello again everybody,
Well im going on my second week of my first 10 week 500mg sust EOD cycle and feel so much better.(think its a mental thing just now) but I feel great. Eating healthy and feel those muscles rebuilding everyday. =)
Anyway, I have been doing a lot of research on a cutting up AS that I was thinking of adding in soon. Im kinda pulled in a few directions though. Everywhere I have looked says not to exceed 500mg a week on you first cycle, but I would like to get more definition at the end of the 10 weeks then just mass. I am doing cardio for an hour in the morning before my workout, here are my current stats:
22 years old
205 lbs
5'11
not sure of bf(but can defintly lose a little)
eating hi cals low fat diet
The question I have is whinny a good choice to throw in? If you know of any good websites on this subject please let me know of them.
I was thinking of primo but it seem very weak and expensive. Everyone keeps saying its a women drug. But my friend is on his second week of deca/primo so Ill keep you all updated on his progress.
I would appreciate any help you guys can give on this subject. This site has already influenced me in dropping the deca cycle and go sust for ten weeks. I will have before and after pics to post here next month. Thanks again
