his is going to be my first PH cycle. I have researched until my eyes are bleeding but I just wanted to confirm I’m on the right track.
Stats:
Age-34
Weight-192
Height-73”
Bodyfat- 9-10%
TDEE-2800cal
Goals:
Gain 8-10 pounds lean mass
Lose 1-2% bodyfat
I have been making very slow gains (trying to stay lean) currently eating about my TDEE. I lift heavy 5 days per week, focusing on one muscle group per day spending around 1-1.5 hours per day lifting. I normally take Thursday s and Sundays off from lifting. I have not been doing any cardio for awhile now and I have been able to maintain low bodyfat through my diet and lifting routine. I am currently doing IF (Intermittent fasting) as I was using it to control my hungry during my last cut and enjoyed it so I continued on after. I plan on stopping IF when I begin my cycle and eating around 6 spaced out meals per day with around 40/40/20 ration of p/c/f.
My questions:
1. Do I need to preload Cycle Support for 2 weeks or will 1 be adequate?
2. As I am relatively lean now and doing no cardio, will it be necessary to introduce some cardio on off days during my cycle?
3. I plan on taking my calories to 3000 during my first week and around 3200-3300 for the rest of the cycle. Do you think this will be adequate to meet my goals? As a pervious morbidly obese person (335 pounds, 50% bodyfat)I also have a fear of putting on too much bodyfat but I realize I have to eat to grow!
4. If I monitor my blood pressure on H-Drol and my levels remain normal (safe) is there any other reason I could not take a preworkout supplement during my cycle (caffeine boost needed after 9 hour a day desk job)
